We sat down and waited close to 20 minutes with no service, even after we asked the proprietor for a drink menu. We ended up leaving without eating or drinking anything and went to a different restaurant. In the meantime other people around us were served. I suspect it was because we are American - I speak fluent French as does my daughter, but my wife does not - so we spoke English to each other though I spoke French to the proprietor. We felt very much discriminated against versus the locals. Perhaps they just don’t like tourists.
